How We Work

Hare

Site Appraisal – An experienced consultant will provide you with an initial assessment from a desk based exercise, confirmed by a habitat survey and risk assessment for protected species. We carry out only those species specific surveys that are required to inform design and for consent to be granted

Determining Constraints – Working with your design team, following best practise guidance and informed by the British Standard for Biodiversity, we establish any constraints to your scheme by a studied assessment of the proposals

Master Planning – Whatever the size of the scheme

Mitigation Solutions – As part of an iterative process our consultants work in collaboration with your architects and engineers to develop cost effective and time sensitive solutions to inform design, minimising costs and delays whilst maximising benefits for biodiversity
